Ayurveda believes that your natural state is one of health and happiness. Chronic inflammation or pain, recurring digestive or sleep problems, being challenged with your weight, feeling anxious, irritable or lethargic is NOT your natural state of being and does not have to be a part of your daily life. And while, we're on that note, neither is a one-size fits all approach to your health and happiness.

Your coach would provide the tools to help you help yourself.  You would feel important and valued. The Introductory Ayurveda & Yoga Package begins with a 60-minute consultation with Carrie, via Zoom (or in-person). Through a comprehensive assessment, she will determine your prakriti (constitution) and vikriti (imbalance).

After the initial consultation, Carrie will design a 30+ paged PERSONALIZED e-book. It will include a detailed list of local fruits & veggies that are in season with your geographical location, specific morning & evening routines and recommended practices and techniques to reduce excess dosha & help you take enlightened action towards balance and better health.

Once you receive and have had time to review your e-book, you will have a 30-minute follow up call with Carrie, via Zoom to ask questions or make any necessary adjustments to your routines or e-book.

After this 30-minute follow up call, Carrie will send you several videos (specific routines for your doshas) and/or audio mp3s (pranayama, chants and/or meditations). The files are yours to keep and will be downloadable.

The more your invest in yourself, the better the price on the package. Ayurveda & yoga work best with slow, incremental changes over time. Take a moment and acknowledge how many years your samskaras (old negative habit patterns & conditioning) have recycled themselves through your body & mind. Trying to integrate too many changes all at once can be overwhelming. Think New Year's Resolution. The focus, here, is to adapt to these life-changing healthy habits in a sustainable and gentle manner so that they last.
