The 30-day yoga un-challenge is a celebration of you. It is a revolt against doing to prove your worth. It is a courageous act to reclaim what has always existed within you- peace, wisdom, trust, joy and love. It is a radical act of self-kindness which is desperately needed in today's world.

What is an un-challenge? It is an undoing. It is a return to wholeness by spending 10-25 minutes each day for 30 days in stillness through asana (yoga), pranayama (breathing) and dhyana (meditation). If you read this and think you don't have time, sign up immediately! :) Think about that- you don't have time to nurture your soul for 10 minutes in a 24 hour period?

Why an un-challenge? You were meant for greatness- you feel it in your bones but don't know how to express it. Learning to slow down and turn your awareness inward, during the un-challenge, will help you tap into your intuition, access your greatness and give you the confidence to express your truth and share your gifts.

I have been longing for some stability and discipline in my life and this was exactly my source. I committed every morning before I left for work to turn on my computer or sometimes I would watch you on my phone. I noticed that I felt accomplished by giving to myself the best I could for that day. Then, I would start over the next day. Some days I would notice my work with the un-challenge become a ripple effect on my family, my students at school and my work became more clear. I even had to laugh at myself because I noticed I was trying to avoid day 14, I think... It was Strength. Anyway, I was like a stubborn child that didn't want to do the work. I always had an excuse to not do it. But then I realized.... I have always since I was a kid told myself I'm not strong( physically) so I can't do hard things. So I just laughed through it and completed it with joy and gratitude! I just feel great and totally free. I feel grounded, patient, relaxed, peaceful, and Strong! I look forward to joining the sangha!

Brilliant experience!!! I committed at Least 5 minutes per day, plus watching/participating with the daily videos. This gave me a sense of well being, anticipation for those daily moments and Permission to put myself first during a time of day (evening homework time) that I am usually dedicated to the kids.

I have chronic pain. I have always struggled with yoga until I found Carrie's 30 day challenge. I was excited from the first class! I could keep up. She gave alternatives if you cannot do exercises and her voice is soft and soothing to hear during this practice. If you haven't bought her courses, you should. They are great.
